Privacy policy

Smart Restaurant is operated by Inovasiyo Ltd in Rwanda. We collect account details, restaurant operations data (orders, tables, staff activity), and technical logs needed to run the service.

Guest QR sessions are tied to a table, not a named diner, unless staff record a name or phone for an order. We do not sell personal data.

Restaurant staff can access their tenant’s data. Platform administrators may access data to provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties.

To request access, correction, or deletion, email info@inovasiyo.rw. Cookie preferences can be declined on first visit; essential cookies keep the staff session working.
